Step 2 - Submit an Application

Complete and submit an online form for each child.

Before you start the application, please make sure you have the following available:

• Birth certificate
• Immunisation history
• NAPLAN results
• School reports
• Parenting / court order documentation (if applicable)
• Residency documentation (if applicable)
• Medical documentation (if applicable)

The application form must be accompanied by:

• A reference
• Copy of birth certificate, and
• Payment of the non-refundable application fee (currently $110 per applicant for Domestic Students). 

Note also:

The School will confirm receipt of your application and your daughter’s name will be added to the waiting pool for the year of entry you are seeking. All applicants’ are placed in the College waiting pool until two years prior to entry, when the enrolment process commences. 

Step 3 - Invitation to Interview

An invitation to interview will occur within the two years prior to beginning at Â鶹ÊÓƵCollege. Should the interview be successful, and a place available, a formal offer will follow. 

For Boarding students, offers will be made (at least) twelve months prior to entry. For Day students, according to availability, places may be available earlier.

Where places are unavailable, students may continue to be part of the waiting pool.

If Â鶹ÊÓƵis unable to offer a position at a particular point of entry, the family is contacted and given the opportunity to amend the girl’s future point of entry. If this option is chosen, the girl’s name is placed in the chosen year level waiting pool, according to her original date of application.

Â鶹ÊÓƵJunior students are given automatic entry into Year 7. Automatic progression is also available for girls in Kindy into Â鶹ÊÓƵJunior.

Step 4 - Offer and Confirmation of Place

Upon receipt of a formal offer of place, a non-refundable Confirmation Fee of $750.00 ($650.00 for Kindy) is immediately payable to accept the offer. 

Once the has been signed and the confirmation fee paid, the Â鶹ÊÓƵCollege enrolment is formally confirmed, and the enrolment contract is completed.
